Alfaisal University Hosts Wellbeing at Work Summit 2026

On Thursday, 22 January 2026, Alfaisal University hosted the Wellbeing at Work Summit 2026 at the Princess Haya Auditorium (PHA), bringing together experts, faculty, staff, and students for a full day of talks and interactive sessions focused on workplace wellbeing, resilience, and performance. TThe summit included practical discussions and workshops designed to support healthier work cultures and sustainable wellbeing at both individual and organizational levels.

The initiative was held under the leadership and support of Dr. Khaled Al-Kattan, Vice President and Dean of the College of Medicine, reflecting the College’s continued commitment to staff and student wellbeing and to advancing evidence-informed approaches to workplace health.

Organized by the Alfaisal Wellbeing Office in partnership with Wellbeing at Work, the summit featured keynote sessions and practical workshops covering topics such as burnout prevention, leadership, and work-life balance. A women-only Pilates session was offered as a dedicated wellbeing workshop, supporting the summit’s focus on practical tools that participants can continue to apply after the event.

Alfaisal University extends its appreciation to the organizing teams, speakers, and all attendees for contributing to a successful summit and for supporting ongoing wellbeing initiatives across the university community.
