Journey to 5K Race Day 2026 Promotes Active Living Across Alfaisal University Campus

The Alfaisal Wellbeing Office (AWO) hosted the Fourth Journey to 5K Race Day 2026 on Saturday, June 20, 2026, at the Alfaisal University Campus in collaboration with the WeRun Team.

The campus initiative brought together students, faculty, staff, and community members for an energetic race day focused on promoting physical wellbeing, active living, and community engagement. The event reflected AWO’s commitment to creating opportunities that encourage movement, connection, and healthier lifestyle habits across the Alfaisal community.

The program included a competitive race, community engagement activities, refreshments, entertainment, and an awards ceremony recognizing the achievements of top finishers and participants. The event created a vibrant campus atmosphere and encouraged participants to come together through fitness and shared participation.

During the awards ceremony, Dr. Baraa Alghalyini, Head of the Alfaisal Wellbeing Office, along with representatives from the WeRun Team and SFA, awarded the winners and celebrated their achievements.

AWO extends its sincere appreciation to the WeRun Team for their valuable collaboration and support in delivering a successful campus initiative.
